We had a backup from our kitchen sink which we could not plunge out. Called Superior Plumbing and within 3 hours we had a technician named Aaron at our door. He was courteous and very professional; a most likeable young man. He explained the situation and fixed it perfectly. Big shout out to Superior Plumbing.
It was after a cold snap so lots of places were having issues. Superior Plimbing and Heating came over and checked out my issue (pipe froze but got flow and no leak observed... very lucky). Elio checked it out, gave some recommendations and didnt try to swindle me into services I did not need. I respect an honest business and would recommend them to a friend or family member.

I had a pipe burst in my garage and called Superior Plumbing and Heating. Nick the plumber who came to assess the situation was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done.The two individuals that came out to complete the repair arrived within the provided window, were efficient, and did excellent work. They removed the existing pipe and replaced it that fixed the issue, answered my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They walked me through the repairs and how to turn off and turn on the valves of the water was very helpful. They also cleaned up the area afterward, which I really appreciated.The cost was more that I expected however, the work was professionally done. They did not have to do one of repairs quoted so they remove the cost from the overall cost.Highly recommend Superior Plumbing and Heating for fast, reliable, and professional service. Thank you Rose
