The service person explained what he was doing when I asked him. The downside was that he had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the fitting (a common piece) he needed to be delivered. I was charged $110.00 for the time he was standing around waiting - smoking in my driveway and doing stuff on his cell phone. I also got charged a ridiculous amount for the part. I feel I was taken advantage of as a senior who can ill afford to pay for time that was wasted on the job. Up until now I have been satisfied with the work ethic of this company. I resent being charged for time that was not being spent in fixing my plumbing problem.
We have been dealing with Service Pro for ten years and have always had a great experience. Their pricing is very fair and the quality of work is always excellent. We needed a new hot water tank and they had a technician here as soon as they could. Ross was quick, efficient and very thorough. Not only did he replace the hot water tank but through his vast experience and knowledge also shared with us some things we could do to make our home safer and healthier. He is a credit to his company. We would never hesitate to call them again.
