We are in North Canton and needed emergency service on a Saturday for a backed up sewer drain in our basement. We called Austin Drain Cleaning at noon and they put us on the priority list. They arrived just after 3pm. Dallas and crew were friendly, quick and helpful. They even helped clean up the mess after clearing the line. I would highly recommend this company. My shower drain was blocked and I had a mess in the shower pan. I called in the morning and had an afternoon appointment. Tech was running a little late, but he notified me and kept me informed about arrival time. Two techs came and made quick work of it, snaking out the drain lines. Techs were polite and respectful. They wore protective shoe covering and cleaned up after themselves. The price was affordable and the service was superior.
