Absolutely loved my Service Technician Hershel McAtee. He was able to re start my oil furnace when we had sub zero temperatures.He advised that my furnace was 17 years old (purchased from Blind & Sons) and advised that replacement parts would have to be made if needed.Well, the furnace stayed running for about a week…. Then the inevitable happened…. A new furnace had to be installed.Jim Fisher was soon to arrive and provide me a quote. Financing options were discussed, and my new Furnace was scheduled for installation within a couple of days.My Installers showed up first thing Monday morning (can’t locate their names or profile emails right now) and were so prompt and professional. They were able to take out and remove my old Furnace, and install my new one. (even had to come through my storm cellar door to get into the house). They took the time to even explain my new control panel, and how to operate and set up all the functions.Herschel came the next day, to inspect all the oil lines. (I guess most furnaces that are installed are electric).I can’t recommend this company enough! They have a 24 hour service line that you can call to report any issues or problems. Communication is excellent! Any service is completed in a timely manner. I was worried about the cost of a new furnace, (single mom with an autistic child) but with Financing options fitting my budget, I am able to have peace of mind. I am confident that I will be good for another 17+ years.
