Peter came out to do a maintenance check. He was polite and was very informative of what he was checking and even showed me the values of the capacitor. He made some good recommendations for us, and was perfectly professional. Highly recommend.
We are working through a furnace issue that has been intermittent for a few years now with no resolution. The last technician they sent out, Joseph Lawson, worked hard at gathering all the information and using his resources to work the problem and try to resolve it. He made some checks and adjustments that seemed reasonable and made me feel hopeful and, at the very least, will provide additional information to find further resolution. I applaud his work ethic and appreciate the company commitment.

Complete Comfort is an outstanding heating and cooling company. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process stress-free. They’re reliable, professional, and showed up when they said they would—something that really matters. The work was done right the first time, and you can tell they genuinely care about quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Complete Comfort to anyone looking for dependable service.
I don’t even know how to write this review.Let me start by saying, I am not a fan of Complete Comfort. For servicing, they won’t give you any sort of a time window for when someone will come out, so someone has to be around the whole day anytime they need to come for service. They use high pressure sales tactics, which should probably automatically disqualify them, but unfortunately they were quite affordable and had good reviews…so we decided to move forward with them for a full HVAC replacement and new water heater in Dec of 2024. After installation, our house would never reach the thermostat temperature and over the following 2 weeks, Complete Comfort made around 5 trips out to fix it and found a new “issue” that could be causing it at every visit. Afterwards, it was better…still not fixed, but we were so over it we just gave up because it was heating enough. To their credit, they did take some $ off of the sale price for the trouble. Unfortunately, we now feel “locked in” to use them for serving and maintenance because it was included with the install and we had factored that value into the original cost, so it would be annoying to go elsewhere and pay.Fast forward to this winter, when the outside temps are in the single digits and our thermostat is set to heat to 66 degrees, but won’t get over 58/59 degrees. Peter came today and was great! Polite, professional, and informative. He figured out that this whole time, the dampers to the main floor and basement were closed. He was able to open them and the temperature instantly started to increase inside. He also recommended adding another return on the main floor and having our ducts cleaned. I finally feel like we have some real answers, a partial fix, and potential solutions for a complete fix.
