I was not thrilled with the home warranty "plumbers" sent over to replace my water heater. I decided to find my own plumber and pay the difference. Kelly got me in asap and Joe showed up with the proper water heater and fittings. He is neat, efficient, knowledgeable and funny. An old school type of man. Does it right, does it quickly and cleans up afterwards. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. It's your house, invest in it. I highly recommend.

Great work! Came out and scheduled my major repair in a reasonable time frame. Clean up was a bit messy because it rained while waiting for the inspection. Other then that, all good. Great customer service and fair pricing!

Joe & Kelly are great to work with! This is a family run business that I highly recomend. Joe (plumber) is personable and thorough. He will explain everything to you. They fixed my water heater that started leaking on a Sunday. They called back within an hour. Joe was already out on calls that day but they diagnised my problem clearly using pictures I sent and Joe was back out Monday morning to replace my heater. They took great care with moving things thru the house and left the area in my attic and the plumbing lines better than they found them. You won't regret going with them.

Plumbing repairs often happen at the worst time (Weekends, holidays, just when guests arrive etc.) and our most recent experience was no exception. Our water heater stopped working on a Saturday afternoon and was flooding the area where it was installed. What is an exception though was the exceptional service Joe Smith and his family provided during this minor crisis. After we got the water feed turned off to the tank and cleaned up the mess, Joe arrived promptly on Sunday and had a new water heater installed in no time. His service, professionalism, responsiveness and honesty are second to none. Cannot recommend Plumbers of Carolina highly enough.

My wife and I have known Joe and Kelly for many years, Initially, we had an emergency situation when having our kitchen remodeled and discovered we needed some plumbing work done in order to keep the job moving. Joe was super responsive and quickly addressed our needs. We've since worked with Joe on a number of plumbing jobs from small to large. He is an expert who takes the time to explain things and takes great pride in doing things right. We highly recommend and trust Joe.
