Sweetwater Plumbing saved the day when our water heater stopped working late one night. Our area was recovering from a winter storm, and the secondary roads were still covered in ice, so I was expecting to have to contend with cold water for days before a plumber could make it out. After seeing great reviews and upon the recommendation of a neighbor, I decided to give Sweetwater Plumbing a call early the next morning. They immediately put us on the schedule for later that same morning. The person I spoke with on the phone took time to ask about the water heater and its history in order to make sure the plumber making the visit would be prepared. Since the tankless water heater was 16+ years old, he prepared me for the possibility that it would need replacing and asked that I text pictures of the unit so that they could bring a similar new one on the truck just in case. That turned out to be a great decision. In spite of the icy roads, Carlos and Willie arrived mid morning, and after looking at the old unit, we made the decision to replace it with another tankless unit because the old one was already living on borrowed time at 16+ years old. By early afternoon, the new water heater was installed. Carlos and Willie did a great job and were efficient and knowledgeable. From the first phone call to the installation and folllow-up, the responsiveness and communication from everyone at Sweetwater was great, and the service they provided was excellent. I highly recommend Sweetwater Plumbing!
