Arizona Best Plumbers

After having a gas line put in by someone else, i found out there was a leak and it wasn’t installed right. i called Arizona Best Plumbers and Ross came out to my place in Casa Grande that same evening to check it out. He explained what needed to be fixed, gave me a fair price, and after getting the permit approved, started the repair work within a few days. Ross finished everything quickly—only took part of the day to get the new gas line done. The next day, the city inspector came out to do the pressure test. They also found out that the previous homeowner never bonded the gas line, which should have been done before. Ross worked with the inspector and took care of bonding the line right there, and it passed the inspection. i was really happy that there was no extra charge for this extra work, and the gas was turned on right away. i highly recommend Arizona Best Plumbers for any plumbing or gas line work. ross was friendly, honest, and made the whole process stress-free.

I had a fantastic experience with this local plumber. Right before a big holiday, our hot water heater stopped working—of course, it always happens at the worst time! A friend recommended this plumber, so I gave them a call. Even though Herbert was swamped with other plumbing jobs, he still made time to come by that evening and check everything to make sure we were safe and there weren’t any major issues with the water heater. Herbert clearly explained what repairs were needed and gave us a price that was much lower than we expected. He let us know he had family commitments, so the earliest he could officially fix it would be the next week. Although we understood and told him family comes first, Herbert surprised us the very next morning by calling to say he could come by and take care of it immediately. We always try to support local businesses, and this plumber really showed what it means to care about your customers. Herbert was honest, hard-working, and truly took pride in making sure our plumbing was back up and running, especially during such a busy time. It really meant a lot that he went out of his way to help us. Highly recommend!

every time i need a plumber, these folks are my first call. they might cost a bit more, but you really get top-notch service. they always finish the work quickly and know what they're doing. herbert, the plumber who came out last time, was super friendly and clearly experienced. he replaced my hot water heater the very same day he came to check it out, which i didn't expect at all. as a contractor myself, i can say he really knows his craft. whenever i call, they usually show up within 24 hours and often get everything sorted out that same day. they're fantastic and always reliable, especially in this arizona heat.

i wish i could give more than 5 stars! i can't say enough good things about our experience with this plumbing company. after a bathroom remodel with a different plumber, we ended up with a lot of issues—like a leaking tub faucet, a hand shower put in wrong, and even water showing up in our crawl space. i needed someone reliable who could figure out what was really going on and fix it right. when i called, ross took the time to really listen to everything i was worried about and got us scheduled fast. herbert, the plumber, showed up exactly when he said he would and found all the problems, including the fact that our shower drain hadn't even been hooked up by the last plumber. our bathroom and shower had just been tiled, so i was really nervous about more damage. but herbert worked carefully and found a way to get to the pipes without breaking or cutting the tile. he had to cut small openings in the back of a built-in cabinet behind the bathroom wall, which was no easy job, but he did it perfectly. these plumbers are true professionals—upfront about pricing, efficient, and they really care about doing things right. i honestly don't know anyone else who would have gone the extra mile to save our tile work like herbert did. we feel lucky to have found them and won't use anyone else for plumbing from now on. highly recommend!

After moving into our new home, we needed to get our water heater replaced. We first got a quote from another company, but then found Arizona Best Plumbers and decided to reach out for another estimate. Brendan came by on a Sunday, checked everything out, and gave us a much better price for the same water heater—saving us a lot of money. We also had a few other plumbing jobs taken care of at the same time and were very happy with the top-notch service. The plumber was prompt, polite, and did the work quickly and efficiently. A couple of weeks later, we had a clogged drain, so we called again. Brendan returned and skillfully found and fixed the problem in no time. He was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. We’re really glad we found such a reliable and professional plumbing team. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest and skilled plumbers!
