Daniel showed up on time. Diagnosis our issue and corrected the problem to our satisfaction. Jose was great. Arrived on time, did the inspection, asked a few questions, suggested duct cleaning and was on his way. He was polite and professional start to finish. Another great experience with Dial One.

Came out. Inspected furnace. Did nothing. Gave 2 estimates. One for repair, one for new thermostat. Both way, way overpriced. Charged $89 for coming out.Today, got someone else. Fixed furnace, charged total of $75. Said I don't need a new thermostat, don't need any parts for repair.So apparently you are just sharks. Charging too much and trying to snow me!You are not the only ones to try to do this. I hope you enjoy the $89. Because that's the last you'll hear from me.
