They always arrive right when they say they will and have never let me down when fixing leaks or clogs. The team takes the time to explain if any extra work might be needed, and every plumber I’ve met has been friendly and really knows what they’re doing. I appreciate that someone always picks up the phone, and in case of a plumbing emergency, they do everything they can to send a plumber out quickly. Most recently, Collin came out for an after-hours call at my property in Duncanville. He kept me updated the whole time about what was going on and explained the fixes step by step. He even followed up the next morning, just like he promised, to let me know the next steps. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable plumbing work!
Erik from Micheal & Sons Plumbing came out to take care of our tankless water heater and did a great job. I asked if I could watch so I could learn the right way to do the maintenance, and he was very patient, walking me through every step. He put down rags to protect our floors and made sure to clean up any water right away. Erik ran a descaling solution through the heater for the recommended amount of time, then finished with a cold water rinse and made sure all the valves and electrical connections were set correctly. After everything was done, he left the area spotless. He also let us know we could reach out with any questions later on. The service was professional and friendly, and I highly recommend them for plumbing work.

My home warranty company sent them out after I asked for a different plumber, and I’m really glad they did. From the start, the customer service team was friendly and helpful. The plumbers, Jamie and Collin, came by to inspect the water heater and found it needed to be replaced. When it was time for the installation, Bernard and Collin handled everything. They were professional, quick, and explained what was happening at each step. Even though my warranty didn’t cover some of the code upgrades needed for the new water heater, the price was reasonable and I felt it was fair for the work done. Now I have a brand new water heater and everything works perfectly. If I need a plumber again, I’ll definitely call them back!
