This was my first experience with American Plumbing and Rooter. Rich and his team are excellent. On the initial phone call, Rich was very helpful and asked great questions about my plumbing issue. Rich T answered the phone and took down all the details of my situation. The OG here had flushed a handkerchief down the toilet. Kevin was dispatched at a time that easily met my schedule. He disconnected, removed and vacuumed the toilet, augured the line and even ran his camera (with 80 ft hose) thru the line. He did not see the handkerchief and we both assume it is in the septic tank. When he reassembled everything , checking for leaks and ran the toilet a bunch of times No leaks or backup. Unit working as normal. Hats off to Rich and Kevin. What a great job at a reasonable cost!
Rich and his team are amazing! I reached out to them for a water shut off valve and hose bib manifold that had seen its better days. Rich was very responsive over the phone and after sending him a few pictures of our setup, had me on the schedule the same week. Kevin arrived to take care of business and did a masterful job installing some new, shiny copper for us and the best part, everything works beautifully now.
