He is very thorough and friendly to work with , explaining the whole process .
One time when we arrived from Seattle we had toilet issues and Anthony came out at 6 pm that night and had them running. . I highly recommend Anthony at AZ Preferred Plumbing. We won’t use anyone else!!

We discovered an active gas leak inside a kitchen wall near the stove. AZ Preferred Plumbing handled it with professionalism and focus from the first visit through final inspection. Michael identified the source quickly, clearly explained what had occurred, and provided thorough documentation and photos.

The repair required coordination with the Town of Gilbert and Southwest Gas, and we were without gas service for over a week. AZ Preferred Plumbing streamlined the process — scheduling inspections promptly, communicating directly with the Town and Southwest Gas, and ensuring the work met code requirements after an initial inspection failure required additional wall access.

This could have become a much more disruptive situation. Instead, it was managed efficiently and correctly. I’m grateful for the expertise and steady follow-through. It was an unusual and dangerous situation and I'm grateful AZ Preferred Plumbing got us through this unscathed and back to normal as quickly as they did.

I’ll admit I was nervous at the beginning remodels can be stressful but he made the entire experience smooth and worry-free.
