After searching frantically all over Charleston and hurricane, I went to Fergusons to find a part for my 25-year-old shower. It didn’t have a brand name or any markings. The guys at Ferguson help me to take it apart and help me research the part I needed, and even help me put it back together to make an easy install watch out was home. I would rate this place five stars not only on customer service but on the items in stock
