Wow, Brett and the team exceeded expectations. We had a water heater quit on us this morning and with a house full of teen girls that just woild not do! Called Brett, left a message and got a call back almost instantly. He was polite, took time to understand the issue, explained options in an easy to understand manner, then to put the cherry on top, was able to get us taken care of within a few hours. He took the time to explain water heater considerations without any pressure, which I really appreciated. They were also highly recommended by our landscape contractor, and it says a lot when contractors trust and use each other in their own homes. All Hours Plumbing replaced our leaking irrigation backflow valve using high-quality components and went above and beyond by spending extra time troubleshooting a kitchen sink water temperature issue we were having. I contacted at least three plumbers for an issue with our tankless water heater, and Brett stood out immediately for how responsive he was. We had a great experience with All Hours Plumbing installing a new tankless water heater. Brett was responsive and easy to work with when getting us a quote, and Johnny and Clay did an awesome job on the install! All three were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. What really stood out was the honesty — the job actually came in under the estimate, which was a really nice surprise. They were the best price out of the three quotes we got, and from the start just gave us the best overall feeling (based on responses to our questions and them explaining the options). All Hours Plumbing installed two Bradford and White water heaters at our house. The quoting process was very smooth and the price was very fair. Brett the owner even called to go over the quote and installation process. The installers were on time and completed the work in the timeframe given.
