Had trouble in this cold weather with my Rinnai tankless water heater. Rinnai website gave Bliss as the closest authorized shop. Was able to use their website that evening to describe the problem. Got a callback the next morning and was able to schedule a next-day appointment. Technician came as scheduled, was professional and knowledgeable. Got quote when he arrived and I decided to do part of the job today and am going to schedule the rest for next month. Will be using Bliss for all my future plumbing needs.
