Alex is a very respectful man. He done a wonderful job when he came to our. Resident, he made sure that me and the 80-year-old man that I take care of were cool and had our AC running 100% before he left our resident. I have never seen anyone so respectful than him. I recommend anyone to ask for Alex. He is our hero. If it was not for him, we would not have AC. Thank you so much, Alex for everything you have done if I could, I would give him a 10 thanks again, Alex, you are a very respectful man and you are definitely our hero. We have air. Then, we have been without air for three weeks. It has been 90° in our house, and he had RAC running in 30 minutes. Once again, thank you, Alex. You will always forever be our hero..

Dean is a very knowledgeable and proficient technician. I enjoyed his explaining to me how the need affects the whole HVAC system. He is very kind and patient with questions and answers truthfully and with knowledge. Number 1 in his field of his expertise. Very pleased with his willingness to help.

TLDR: Super knowledgeable and helpful, but WAY overpriced I'll try to be as fair as possible, because I'm not one to leave negative reviews. For context, I requested service to replace two outdoor spigots that were leaking. Technician came out, assessed the damage, did a quick look over the entire plumbing system for any other signs of issues, and then provided several quote options. Most of these included extra/optional work that I politely declined and they, fairly, did not push on me. I felt even my basic quote to fix the two outdoor spigots (~$1,250 total for parts and labor) seemed quite high for two spigots and about an hour of install time. However, I had no frame of reference and regrettably hadn't done enough homework on this myself beforehand. After quickly price checking parts & other vendors and consulting a few contractor/plumber friends, I came to the conclusion that I probably WAY overpaid for this service. I called Metro after to politely request a more detailed invoice including price of parts, hourly rate, etc. but they said they charge flat fees for services (how it was represented on the invoice/bill I received). I expressed my frustration that it seemed quite high, but conceded that I had already signed off and paid for it so wasn't going to unfairly blame them for me not doing enough research. They didn't offer anything in consolation (not even a "sorry you don't feel satisfied with blah blah blah"....?) Some pros on the service that I should not leave out for the sake of fairness: - Technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful on general tips, recommendations, etc for other plumbing areas, so I put no blame on the professional that came to do the job - Was easy to schedule and they sent someone out a day after I requested service Bottom-line: I take responsibility for paying more than I probably should have and not soliciting additional quotes elsewhere, but would definitely not recommend Metro if affordability is important to you.

Carlos and his whole crew were GREAT! He did a fabulous and beautiful job! I can’t wait to go to bed and sleep cool and feel safe now that i dont have yo sleep with windows and back door open. I think I’m happier about feeling safe as I’m a single woman with my dog as protection. The whole crew are in my Thankful prayers, tonight.

I had an awesome experience with Metro Plumbing, Heating and Air staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly , polite and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered with patience, understanding and details of the work that was being performed. I was impressed with each person that I talked with. The staff maintained professionalism during the entire time they were at my home. The work done was thorough. I am beyond pleased. Excellent service. I would recommend Metro to anyone looking for the services they provide. Robbie, Richard, Josh, Will, Fred and the two young men who assisted thank you all for your kindness and respect.

All in all a great experience. Setting up an apportionment was easy, they found my septic tank and asked if I wanted to dig it to save some money, (of course I do). He came back with the truck 3 hours later and had the tank pumped in 45minutes. Made it very affordable, the office staff and the project manager Adam was great to do business with.

Max did a fantastic job on my water heater! He came to do the consult/initial appointment and was so thorough and informative. I requested he be the one to come back and do the work when it worked for my schedule and they were incredibly accommodating. He is kind and detailed. Would definitely recommend!

Richard was very helpful and made a very stressful situation manageable. Matais is a Rockstar! He quickly assed the situation, called for Richard to scope the line, and got the lines flowing, all with a smile. Lets talk about Fred, the man with the giant Tonka toys on his truck. Very professional, smart, friendly and patient. I'm a retired real estate brokerage owner of 25 years. In my years of experience, plumbers are the worst! Overpriced and full of themselves. No Metro. Every person I spoke with was the best. Jennifer is basically air traffic control. Im super imoressed and I highly recommend these folks. All 3 guys that were on sight at my property were super clean, knowledgeable, and friendly.
