What customers say
Customers appreciate courteous, timely technicians who explain the work and available options. One customer’s outdoor hose-bib installation used an existing placement option instead of drilling additional holes; a separate customer said the new tankless heater was installed by noon.

We had an outdoor frost-free hose bib (an outdoor spigot) added in the backyard for my husband’s garden. Carlos did the initial inspection and was very courteous, informative, and worked with us on our needs & budget. Dustin H then performed the installation. Dustin did a great job, was timely, figured out a way to complete the install without having to drill additional holes into the house (found an existing placement option), and made sure no piping was hanging low. He also took into account our future home improvements when placing the new line. Strongly recommend! Thanks guys!

My hot water heater quit. I called on a Thursday and they were able to schedule a technician Friday morning. Pallas assessed it and gave me options. I chose to have it replaced. Pallas and Josh returned with everything they needed and had the new tankless heater installed by noon! Fast, friendly, and professional. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I had a broken water valve in my irrigation system. Pallas at Patriot did an outstanding job of addressing the issue. He was a pleasure to work with. He clearly knows how to do plumbing well, and he did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and what didn’t. Highly recommended!

Jonah and Dustin did a great job!! Highly recommend! Called out to replace an out side hose bib that seals didn’t hold up in for the 4th time! They ran into a struggle removing the old one! Of course nothing can be easy! They took it like champs and made it work! The best/worst part depending on who you ask! After the install they went to do the home walk through to check all my faucets, drains, water heater etc. and low and behold I had a leak inside my garage wall behind the water heater! Great!! Without missing a beat they remedied that situation while on site! Left the site clean as well! Couldn’t have asked for more! Courteous, professional, great attitudes! Thanks again guys! Hopefully my high water bill may come down a couple dollars!
