Scenic City Plumbing

Justin Cowery came to my home with Scenic City Plumbing and saved my toilets today! In all my years as a homeowner, I was amazed at how straightforward, professional and kind he was compared to any other service I've used. I wish I had started using them a long time ago!

Called at 8am, Justin arrived at 11:30am to repair a leak in the pipe leading into our hot water heater. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and the ultimate test- our pups loved him and he took a few moments out of his day to play with them. Entire experience was VERY fast and friendly. We have used Scenic City Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so.

Greg and Jeremiah came to our commercial business and repaired a pipe that was recently quoted from a different company at $3,000 to $5,000. $280 later, our sink worked and problems that was stated by other company didn't exist! They worked fast and I can't thank them enough for being honest. It's hard to find a company with values and integrity these days! I would suggest using them for your plumbing needs. They will have a customer for life as far as we are concerned!

David arrived on time and he put covers over his shoes. He was very professional and polite explaining everything to me about the process of identifying the problem. Not only did he fix the seal on my toilet and cleaned up perfectly, he also fixed my shower so that the hot would come out on the hot side and cold on the cold side. Scenic City sent David over in less than 2 hours from my call! Price was very reasonable and I’m very pleased with the service!

I woke up this morning with frozen pipes. When I called Scenic City Plumbing they were already fully booked for the day and couldn’t send someone out. I thanked them and told them I would see if I could find another plumber who was available. I didn’t have any luck, but a few hours later Scenic gave me a call back and told me they had someone in my area available who finished on a call early. I really appreciate them following up with me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. David was kind, polite, thorough, and very professional . He and I walked through the house and very pragmatically looked for any issues or concerns before he began the process of turning my water back on. He kept me informed every step of the way as to what he was doing and why. He emphasized the importance of slowly easing the water back on to prevent catastrophe, and I’m very happy to say we were able to get water running again without damage to my pipes. I’m already planning to reach out to Scenic for pricing on some additional work I need done. I can’t recommend them enough.
