I contacted JMS Plumbing via Thumbtack, we heard a drip each time the faucet was used but was unable to find where the drip was. Because it was urgent, we scheduled them to come out on the next business day. Justin arrived on time, we received a text letting us know he was on his way.Hw was very detailed in his troubleshooting of the issue, looking at various locations, including opening a suspected wall. I am pleased with JMS Plumbing and would hire them again.
Justin and his team were incredible. We had sewage backing up into our house on a Saturday afternoon. Justin worked until almost midnight to try to dislodge any clogs and diagnosed something more serious. They ended up needing to excavate and replace our whole sewage line (which required coordination with the gas company) and they finished all of the work by Monday afternoon. The turnaround time was incredible, the pricing was more than fair, and Justin and team went truly above and beyond to fix our issue.
