Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise quick, thorough work and clear communication. A customer highlighted pricing that held after a complication; a separate sewer-line account describes rodding that cleared the line, a later hydrojetting recommendation for remaining roots, and tarp-and-plastic protection followed by cleanup.

Chris Villegas
Absolutely top tier performance. Had a shower diverter and toilet installed along with a leaky hot water line replacement. All within the timeframe allowed and without issue. Straightforward pricing that didn’t change even after hitting a slight bump in the road. Very satisfied.

Joel at Rocket Plumbing is amazing - we have used him for numerous services and always very pleased. He truly goes above and beyond to resolve a plumbing issue and is thoughtful, effecient, communicative and respectful when it comes to time, mess, etc. It is clear he truly takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. Highly recommend Rocket Plumbing & Joel!!
Ben Dieterich
We were experiencing water coming in on the ground floor, and had several plumbers with very expensive and intrusive recommendations. The plumbers from Rocket were the first ones to thoroughly explain the issue and ask enough questions to get to the best solution. They rodded the sewer line and showed that it is now clear, and recommended hydrojetting in the near future to take care of remaining root intrusion. Great communication: clear and thorough without all the smoke. I was impressed with the setup, putting down tarps and covering things with plastic, and cleaning up well when they left. Highly recommend.
