Nick was sent out same day from kingdom plumbing and heating. We were having an issue with our bathtub faucet continuously running hot water even when shut off.My wife spoke to clay that morning and by 3pm nick was at the door with an amazing attitude great customer service and an eager to help way about him. Even when fixing it he took the time to explain what had gone wrong and what needed replacing never making my wife feel dumb or less then for not knowing which in todays day and age is something few have the capability of doing. We will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to anyone that asks. Thanks again for the quick response and amazing service!
Called at 8:40am this morning. Nick showed up at 9am. Switched toilets within 20mins. Cleaned up all around the toilet. Good working order. Funny how when the toilet is getting fixed, you feel the need to use the bathroom. Nick was polite, and very fast. Impressive??We have reliable new toilet.The water efficient toilet that was replaced had issues right from the time we moved in our brand new Rowhouse, Jan 25'. Last year we had been experiencing an array of plumbing issues on our newly acquired 50 year old house. Jacuzzi smells, poor drainage and the aging state of various “old style” pipes.I had read several reviews on local plumbers and decided to go with Clayton Bristow, owner of his family run business, Kingdom Plumbing and Heating.From our first meeting with Clayton, the wealth of information and advice he gave, not to mention a very fair price, I knew that he was our man.Clayton and his team installed a new shower, toilet, bathroom sink and“up to code” plumbing throughout the house. A shut off valve from city mains was installed along with new lines to the septic tank . Finally all necessary pipes and connections for our new kitchen (to be hooked up at a later date)Throughout the whole process both he and his team were the utmost professionals,….. polite, efficient, courteous, informative and very tidy.I have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Clayton to anyone who is in need of any plumbing projects small or large.
Had our old sink replaced, switching from a double drain to a single. Communication with the company was quick and easy. Mark arrived on time and even gave a professional heads-up call before coming.
