Had them come in to install a shut off valve for our condo during a kitchen reno.The front office was great to deal with. The plumber (Keegan) was professional and knowledgeable. He ended up finding an issue with the main building plumbing and fixed it the same day (potentially saving our strata a huge disaster).The rates were reasonable and the work was completely promptly. Highly recommend.
It took them a long time to provide a price quote. When we finally received it, it was incomplete—we had expected three quotes, but only one was available. We didn’t bother asking again because we knew it would take months to get a proper response, and we urgently needed the drain fixed. Our property was flooding, and we wanted peace of mind. So, we ended up contacting different companies to address our concerns.
Had them come out to scope and clean my exterior drains.Can’t really say the job was done well as a portion was missed and I was told that section just drained into a bed of rocks. Also when I called for confirmation of facts the company couldn’t confirm details.Wouldn’t use them again.
Dennis our plumber was great and his sister Kim was super nice on the phone. I would recommend Pete and Son plumbing to anyone, they did a great job and only charged for the work they did, very fair family run company !!!
We recently had Wyatt from Pete & Son Plumbing come to our condo unit to replace all the shut off valves and install a couple of fixtures for us.He was pleasant to deal with and completed the work within the estimated time quote supplied by Tiffany who was also a pleasure to deal with.The work areas were cleaned up afterwards and everything was tested to be working just fine. All in all we were very happy that we had hired Pete & Son Plumbing
