After costly repairs to my old furnace by another company 2 months ago, my furnace stopped working in the middle of the night during a cold spell. The next morning, Pettie's was the only company that rescheduled their appointments to come out in the morning to diagnose the problem. Furnace was inoperable. Tyler repaired my fireplace that morning to give me heat. Within a few days Tyler replaced the furnace. He also repaired the gas regulator that had been leaking for at least a few years. I had several other HVAC companies in within the last 2 years to investigate where the constant slight gas smell in the house was coming from to no avail.I can't say enough good things about Tyler and Pettie's Plumbing & Heating. Our undermount sink suddenly dropped and was sitting on our garburator. I called Petties Plumbing that morning and they sent someone over within in a hour. Quick and great service from Gord and Amber. Reasonable price as well. I would recommend to family and friends .

This plumbing company js fantastic! I woke up and there was no hot water in the house. I texted Gord Tompkins at 7:30 am in a panic and he was there in less than an hour to troubleshoot it! Turns out we needed a replacement so he and Amber went to the warehouse and came back to install a brand new one. We were back up and running in less than 2 hours!We’ve had several emergencies over the past year and they have been so incredibly responsive and have taken care of us immediately! I can’t say enough good things about Gord, Amber, and the company, and it’s so great to see a woman in this trade! I highly recommend them. They take great care of their customers and I will continue to use them for any and all plumbing needs!
