Following their recommendation, I hired Ryan and Brooke again—this time to tackle a significant issue with our sewage drain pipes. Once again, they carefully planned the project, communicated clearly every step of the way, and delivered exceptional results. What could have been a stressful situation was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. It’s rare to find a team that’s this knowledgeable and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and highly recommend their work.

Awesome plumbers, hardworking, worth the money. Would definitely hire again. They completed cast iron cut out of about 20-25 FT and replaced with new ABS piping in less than a few hours and unclogged a portion that wasn’t immediately replaceable do to unreachable location that would have required some major demo. Very thankful and appreciate their time.

Avoid the big name, companies and trust in your local plumbing company who will complete the same level of work, if not better at a fraction of the cost! Ryan is as honest as they get and his wife Brook is a wonderful compliment who runs the billing and scheduling and is compassionate thorough and responsive. If you want a responsive, supportive and thorough job trust Ryan and Brook at Bob the plumber. They have earned my business for years to come.

I recently purchased a new washer and dryer and had them delivered and installed by a 3rd party installer. While installing the water connections, my hot water faucet handle developed a leak . To be fair, the components were old and did have hard water corrosion. That's on me. But when it came for installation of my gas dryer, the installer noticed I had an old valve and wanted to replace it with a newer one to which I agreed. After installing both machines I noticed a faint gas like smell. I figured that since they installed the new valve, I was just smelling some of the escaped gas during install. My only concern at that time was the leak from the hot water faucet handle. I proceeded to do a complete first wash and dry and noticed the gas like smell to be getting stronger. I remember reading online that new LG washers and dryers tend to give off a gas like and rotten eggs smell when breaking in and assumed that entirely until I did the soapy spray test on the gas connections. It bubbled up at the dryer connection confirming a gas leak.

I made an appointment for Bob the Plumber and they came early the next day. Ryan and Brooke arrived and from first impressions, I was greeted with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. They were both just "down to earth". Of course Ryan took care of the gas problem first and came to the conclusion that the installers didn't tighten the connection at the dryer and at the newly installed valve! He tightened everything down and would check the leak again upon total completion of the task at hand. Ryan stated I needed to replace the hot water handle, cartridge, etc. He also recommended that I have BOTH be replaced at the same time and I couldn't have agreed more! After LESS than an hour he installed everything and checked my gas connections for any more leaks. Of course, there was NOTHING. It was definitely reassuring knowing the a dedicated "professional" checked my gas leak! And to top that off, he checked and tightened my gas leak as a free courtesy! In this day and age... Who does that?! His price for the repair was way beyond fair and I have never been so happy and satisfied with their work! He even informed me of a possible "future" problem with my water heater and told me to keep an eye on it. I responded back by telling him that I would be calling him next about that too!

I've been lucky from using the Yelp app for finding a "go to" hauler, a car mechanic, and now I just found MY plumber. If you have ANY plumbing issues whatsoever, please don't hesitate to give Bob the Plumber a call! You will NOT regret it!

Kudos to this team of professionals! Juan was super knowledgeable, worked swiftly and neatly replacing a shut off valve, and was friendly and courteous (funny, too!). The dispatch representative, Brooke was so efficient and sharp but friendly, as well. My sincere thanks to them all for helping me with an almost-emergency situation. Disaster avoided!
