The warranty company initially tried everything possible to avoid replacing the unit and gave us many excuses. However, Jake and Tom from Bearded Plumber truly went above and beyond, they fought for us and stayed committed until the warranty replacement was finally approved.

I couldn’t be happier with the Bearded Plumber They installed my new toilet quickly, professionally, and at a great price. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed perfectly before leaving.

On top of that, they were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines quality work, fair pricing, and great customer service but they absolutely delivered. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling again for any future plumbing needs!
