Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise prompt service and professional plumbing work. A customer with a leaking water heater describes same-day help. One customer seeking a hot-water repair reports that a promised callback never came, the later answering-service exchange was unpleasant, and the household went without hot water for five days.

We rely on Clearwater Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Friendly staff and professional plumbers! It’s not by chance they have been in business this long. We highly recommend you call them when the need arises, and unfortunately it will!

Called for hot water repair on Thursday Christmas eve morning. I was informed that they will contact me ASAP. Noone ever called. I called again on Mon after the holiday and they denied that I ever called. We were without hot water for 5 days. The conversation with the answering service was less than cordial and basically called me a liar that I even made the call. We will no longer be using their service. Lazy and unprofessional.
Tim Larance
Scott was great! Had a water heater leaking. Same day fast service! New one is great. Thanks a bunch!!!
