Scott and Tre from PDS did an outstanding job at our home. They repaired the main water pipe coming into the house and replaced all the water valves under our bathroom sinks, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.They were professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. The quality of their work really shows. Our main water pipe now not only functions perfectly but also looks clean and professionally installed. You can tell they take pride in what they do.What impressed me just as much was how organized and tidy they were. Thank you PDS! I needed emergency sewer service and they came out asap. Ramon, Jose, Jayson & Chance did a great job.I just joined the Patriot club and am so glad Raul made the AC tune up so easy. He also helped with a leaking toilet and mini-split. I am SO happy and PDS was so professional!I would recommend Pretty Darn Special! Don't get ripped off by the major companies check these guys out first.
I had a water heater issue and contacted PDS Plumbing and Air for support. Kevin handled my call and explained the process then scheduled a technician to come out two days after. Jose and Manuel came in the morning of 1-30-26 to diagnose the water pooling issue and assess that a replacement water heater is required. We then came up and agreed on a reasonable estimate. I also had another leaking issue underneath our kitchen sink and was included to fix them as well. They then schedule the repair/replacement work in the afternoon. Another Jose showed up and provided a fast, professional and efficient service for the water heater replacement. Art was able to fix the leaking issue underneath our kitchen sink. He also did an excellent job. They are very friendly and kind and put effort into getting it done quickly and efficiently. My wife and I are incredibly grateful to them and would absolutely recommend the services of this company to family and friends. ??????
originally called for water main leaking, no issues with the repair kind of hard to screw up digging a hole .with good financing decided to upgrade my water heater.bad idea!!!got the power cord running across the utility sink until i can get an electrician.removed old lines and replaced with new left holes all over the place. no patches didn't even apply silicone just left wide open. removed the stand the old water heater was on and left nails sticking up from ground for me to step on. thanks for the Tetanus Shot.but at least the piping looks great
