They are extremely nice, competent and arr detail oriented. William was here for about two hours , checking everything to make sure what was happening before he gave me information and an estimate. They are not pushy , and are always happy to answer any questions. Inspection was free and they have no interest payment plans available. Highly recommend!!
I was dealing with a slab leak and contacted Calm Waters. They had immediate appointments to help get the situation resolved quickly. I met with James, and he reviewed with me all of my options for the repair. I chose to go ahead and replace all of the pipes in my home as my current pipes had a history of failing. James & Luke came in the very next day to get started. It was a 4 day long project where they were professional all the way through. The communication was great and they even took the time to speak with my insurance adjustor and answer all of their questions. I was pleased with the work and care of doing as little damage to the home as possible since they had to cut holes in order to replace everything. They were definitely the “CALM” amongst the chaos when having a large job like this done.
From first call to walking out of our door, this was a great experience. The lady on the phone was super nice, and Luke came out to replace our garbage disposal, and fix the shut off valves for our washing machine. He was nice, knowledgeable, and clean! The pricing was absolutely fair, and most importantly I felt comfortable with him in my home, as a stay at home mom with kids, I had no problem having him in our house.
