Had scheduled appointment but Eric was able to come early. He conducted a multifaceted check to ascertain what the issue with my radiant heating system was. Provided an estimate and was able to secure the need parts and complete the repairs within a couple of hours. I really appreciated his thorough expanation of the problem and how he would fix it. Also appreciated the follow up instructions and how to spot potential problems in the future. He answered every question I had in a calm, patient manner. After 30 years, my old boiler system and hot water heater failed. My wife and I decided to have a new updated system installed. At that time we called Eric at Apex plumbing. He came immediately. We both agreed on the price and the product and he started that afternoon Tearing the old system out. Three days later, the job was complete, see attached photo, I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He was easy to work with and very honest in fact, I’m sure he gave me more than I bargain for. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend him. Finished product looks like a piece of artwork. I told him I could put that up in our living room As a showpiece
