Had scheduled appointment but Eric was able to come early. He conducted a multifaceted check to ascertain what the issue with my radiant heating system was. Provided an estimate and was able to secure the need parts and complete the repairs within a couple of hours. I really appreciated his thorough expanation of the problem and how he would fix it. Also appreciated the follow up instructions and how to spot potential problems in the future. He answered every question I had in a calm, patient manner. After 30 years, my old boiler system and hot water heater failed. My wife and I decided to have a new updated system installed. At that time we called Eric at Apex plumbing. He came immediately. We both agreed on the price and the product and he started that afternoon Tearing the old system out.
