Excellent was, well, excellent. Water heater pilot light refused to stay lit, no hot water for a week. Called and asked I think Rick? And sent him some pics to take a look at. He was able to give me some DIY tips and I was able to get it going again! I know at some point I’m going to need a new water heater, and I know exactly who I will be giving my business to, honesty matters so much to me. He could have come out and overcharged me, but he saw the problem was a simple fix, and chose integrity. Thank you so much!!!!

Rick helped me figure out what was wrong with our water heater and talked me through how to fix it over the phone for FREE. He'd helped us last summer with our water heater and ended up needing help with it again because of a filter beginning to clog. Excellent Plumbing did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater this week. I sent Rick pictures of our leak and he got us on the schedule for the next day (in order to prevent a flood). He was on time, was an excellent communicator, did a great job, and followed up the next day to make sure that everything was working well.
