Israel completely ripped us off. He charged 945 dollars for gas line removal when he just "capped" the gas line which is supposed to cost about 200 dollars normally.
We tried to contact them THREE times total. They said the manager would give us a call later but we never heard back from them. They are a total SCAM.
Do NOT choose this plumbing company unless you are willing to be robbed.

Chris and Cody were amazing. I trust these guys. They spent time to show me what is wrong and what needs to be done. They gave me different options on what I could do. He also told me things that I did not need work which was much different than other plumbers in the past who would just tell me to take care of many things that seemed ok to me. They changed my toilet and replaced some valves. They worked fast and were super considerate to my family. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin because of Chris and Cody.

His van, uniform and communication skills made me aware that I was dealing with a professional company. He explained the process and kept me informed throughout the work. At my request, he was able to inspect the pipe with a camera to ensure there was no damage. I really appreciate his professionalism and the information that he provided.
