Great experience with Heil Plumbing for our hot water tank replacement! Scheduling was quick and easy using the online form. Chad came by first thing in the morning. He was very knowledgeable, explained our options, and completed the replacement that same day. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Love these guys. We’ve had Franklin, Ike, and John do work for us. All have been extremely professional they do excellent and efficient work. Highly recommend Heil for all your plumbing needs. Had sump pump replaced a few weeks ago then discovered that builder had shower and sink going to sump. Heil came out promptly and gave a very fair price and now all working properly. Very happy customer! I will only use these guys!

We had Heil in to replace the water supply line from the water main into the house (replace a polybutylene supply line that had deteriorated). The crew was highly professional, knowledgeable, competent, and courteous. They took great care to lay mats to protect the floors from foot traffic. They worked very efficiently and unobtrusively. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. They explained what they were doing and answered all questions completely. They were able to schedule the work to be done within 24 hours of the estimate being made, which estimate was made within two hours of our contacting them with the emergency. They were careful to restore the lawn where they had to dig with new seed covered with straw. By the time they were done, the straw was the only sigh that anything had happened.

The estimator was knowledgable, professional, prompt and courteous. He explained the work to be done and came in with a very competitive and fair price based on the research we had done prior to calling.

They will be our "go-to" service providers from now on. We highly recommend them.

Again a flawless completion starting with scheduling with Alison to working with Joe. We contacted Heil Plumbing to address an issue with our washing machine waste line, which had been backing up for a while. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. Ike came out and performed a thorough inspection of the sewer lines. He was prompt, professional, answered all of our questions, and was very transparent throughout the process.

He also gave us two estimates, and the option we chose ended up matching the bill. So, no surprise charges! And Ike was definitely very much willing to help us out file the claim with insurance. As to the scope of the work, they did provide a written explanation laying out all the steps. We knew exactly what they would do -- camera inspection of laundry and kitchen waste lines (which showed that they were collapsed and had roots growing inside), drywall/floor removal, replacement of waste lines, etc.… They did everything except replace the floor, which would be on us. They also provided a 10 year warranty, which is pretty good.

We were initially told the job would take three days, but it ended up being completed much faster. They redirected an additional crew, whose work was interrupted by a surprise snowstorm, to our home, which allowed them to finish the job in a single day. This really shows excellent management on their end.

All in all, we highly recommend them (and we already have to some of our friends)!
