Over the last year, I’ve had two other plumbers from different companies come out to try to fix our Navian water heater, and after spending hundreds of dollars still had no solution. I was recommended this company by Navian, so I thought I would give it a try. Ethan is so knowledgeable on Navian water heaters and within a couple hours was able to replace part and get our water heater working again!
We had no hot water at all. We called and Dan and Cameron came out the next day. They took a look and gave our options. They handled removing our old water heater and put our new one in. They were both efficient and very professional. They were extremely kind and helpful - answered all the questions we had. Highly recommend!
Brian Wear plumbing had a professional to ou home within the hour. Bill was very knowledgeable and informative. They brought a hot water heater as ours was old. 1998. The crew spent several hours correcting problems and making needed improvements. I feel the price was fair as the equipment and personnel were excellent
This was my first service call with Brian Wear Plumbing. It involved a simple matter related to my garbage disposal which tried to eat a measuring spoon that slipped in, but failed. I was only able to remove part of the spoon, this the need for a service call. The guys were terrific and had the issue resolved in under ten minutes. Because I am a new customer, who has not been in my condo very long, they volunteered to do a quick check of all plumbing fixtures.. toilets, faucets, main water turn off. The guys were very personable and professional. We discussed a future project of replacing toilets with high seat toilets and I received useful information for that project. I highly recommend Brian Wear Plumbing and Restoration.
