The Chapman team arrived on time, confirmed project scope, and got right to work. Everyone took great care putting on and taking off their shoe covers, since the area was wet and muddy from recent rain. Being a comfort member with Chapman offered a 10% discount on all equipment for my new mini-split system. I would recommend Chapman to anyone and plan to continue services with them.

A real person (Dana) answers the phone! They got a service call scheduled in less than 24 hrs. Called me the day of the service call and our technician (Curt Moreland) also texted when he left the shop. Curt was very friendly and professional. Checked out the entire system, not just where we thought the problem might be. Turns out we needed a new condenser on the blower motor and we were back in business in less than 15 minutes. He did a nice job of cleaning everything and payment was all done quick and easy on a tablet. This was our second or third visit by Chapman's since we moved here and they have always been great! They are the only HVAC company I trust to keep us comfortable.

Ellis, Scott and Daniel were out to install a new furnace and AC unit for us. They did a phenomenal job answered all my questions and left the house perfectly clean when they left. I would use Chapman for any service they offer as I know I’m going to get a quality job each time. Thanks guys! Edit: I also had Dylan come out today for some plumbing work today and he presented me with some options. After discussing it with him he got the water hammer problem cleaned up fast and did a great job. Thanks again guys!

Also replaced under kitchen sink hot and cold water up pipes and off valves fixing leak. Great job kind, polite, and very professional.
