A real person (Dana) answers the phone! They got a service call scheduled in less than 24 hrs. Called me the day of the service call and our technician (Curt Moreland) also texted when he left the shop. Curt was very friendly and professional. Checked out the entire system, not just where we thought the problem might be. Turns out we needed a new condenser on the blower motor and we were back in business in less than 15 minutes. He did a nice job of cleaning everything and payment was all done quick and easy on a tablet. This was our second or third visit by Chapman's since we moved here and they have always been great! They are the only HVAC company I trust to keep us comfortable.

Repaired shower leak, new valve and up pipe. Wonderful people that explained everything in detail and great suggestions. Also replaced under kitchen sink hot and cold water up pipes and off valves fixing leak. Great job kind, polite, and very professional.
