Gary handled the installation of a tankless water heater, as well as, replacing two toilets with newer models. Gary has always been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. When our basement flooded because of a faulty water softener, Andy from MasterTech came out the same day and worked around the renovation company (as they stripped the room and dried it out) and clearly explained our options. Andy made us feel comfortable (relieved!) with having a new water softener installed by a professional, with a warranty. It was just one less thing we had to worry about. I appreciate how his first priority was to make it safe for us to run water through the house again, and then he came back later to install a new softener once the room had been stripped. Before leaving, he gave me tips on maintenance for the water softener, and I’m grateful it’s set up and ready to go!
