We wanted to let you/MasterTech owners know that we were very impressed with work that was done on our HVAC. A very cold day our furnace went out. Macenzie Mayfield answered our call and was out within 1 hour to check it out! We were very impressed with her knowledge and how important it was to get heat back into our home! When the parts were in, Matt L. assisted Macenzie to get the HVAC up and running. Very professional! We have and we will continue to recommed MasterTech!

We have used Mastertech several times for our plumbing needs, and we have been pleased each time with the ease of doing business with them. Their employees are top notch. Gary handled the installation of a tankless water heater, as well as, replacing two toilets with newer models. Gary has always been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We would definitely recommend Mastertech for any plumbing needs.

But within the same day, Matt and Matt with Master Tech Plumbing showed up, were very informative and completed their work in a timely manner. When our basement flooded because of a faulty water softener, Andy from MasterTech came out the same day and worked around the renovation company (as they stripped the room and dried it out) and clearly explained our options. Andy made us feel comfortable (relieved!) with having a new water softener installed by a professional, with a warranty. It was just one less thing we had to worry about. I appreciate how his first priority was to make it safe for us to run water through the house again, and then he came back later to install a new softener once the room had been stripped. Before leaving, he gave me tips on maintenance for the water softener, and I’m grateful it’s set up and ready to go!
