Had an unexpected plumbing emergency today! I called several places and everyone said they were booked today. I called Crew and was told it may be two hours before they reached me but they would definitely work me into the schedule. To my surprise Kevin arrived about an hour later and I was so relieved. I called Crew Plumbing and Drain today(Saturday!) at 330pm with an emergency situation at my Mother’s house in Cayce,SC. I am her daughter and I live in Tennessee so I am not there to actually help her with her kitchen sink backing up. So I called and spoke with Kyle. What a very kind and helpful person he was! He immediately called Kevin and we had an appointment scheduled in 30 minutes!! He was the absolute best price for a weekend service call and would invoice me online to easily pay her bill from up here! I am so very impressed with their customer service that they will be our go to plumber from now on! Thank you, Kyle and Kevin! I called and he came within 24 hours! We had a leaky toilet. He saved us over $1000 because another company told us we needed to tear up the floor and concrete. He even upgraded parts the new toilet came with so it would last longer and replaced an old hose. Very happy and will only use and recommend them from now on!
