I was doing laundry while visiting my cousin and her washing machine drain began to overflow all over the carpet. We called Meetze Plumbing on a Thursday morning and by Thursday afternoon they had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Kind, courteous and very professional service. I highly recommend Meetze Plumbing.
We are new to the area and had only been in our home for two weeks when we discovered a leak from an upstairs bathroom that was coming through the ceiling downstairs.We called Meetze Plumbing on a Sunday, and they had a technician at our home that same afternoon. Neither the technician nor my husband were able to pinpoint the source of the leak during that visit, but the technician took the time to explain what to watch for and gave us several suggestions to help narrow it down. The service charge was very reasonable at $50.The next day, we identified the source of the leak and called Meetze again. They scheduled us right away and had a technician at our home first thing Tuesday morning. The leak was repaired quickly, and they did not charge us for the return visit.We were also impressed with their communication. They send an email when the technician is on the way, including the technician's name and photo, and the technician calls ahead with an estimated arrival time. Everyone we interacted with was polite, professional, and helpful. The technicians wore protective boot covers in our home and treated our property with respect.Excellent customer service from start to finish. We will definitely use Meetze Plumbing again and would highly recommend them to others.

From beginning to end, I was overwhelming happy with the service provided. Technician, Caden Milewski was very cordial and professional. He was honest about work that couldn't be completed on a Delta kitchen faucet. Caden informed me about the expense of purchasing a new faucet and discussed options without trying to wrangle me into spending more money. However, he explained that the Delta kitchen faucet had a lifetime warranty on parts and that he would glad to come back to install the new parts once received from the Delta Company. I appreciated the honesty. I will call Meetze for future plumbing needs.
We had a water leak from attic with old polybutylene piping & a 9 year old gas water heater. So my wife & I went with replacing the piping throughout the house. Installing a tankless hot water heater outside. Meetze was quick to respond with same day estimate & the install done in the following 2 days. Eli & his crew were knowledgeable & professional.The only complaint would be; that there were a couple of devices shower & washer pumbling box that were spliced in. I not knowing that there was a difference between the size of the old polybutylene & the new PEX piping that they spliced in a 3 inch section to connect to these devices. I would have purchased new devices for PEX rather than have an extra joint that could possibly leak in the future.
