The On Call service person, Alex, came out same day to diagnose our broken AC unit. He did a great job explaining the problem. And provided a very reasonably priced estimate. When we decided to go ahead with the repair, Alex was again prompt; he quickly made the repair; our AC unit worked perfect. He was very professional, and he knows his stuff. I look forward to giving my business to Alex and On Call in the future.

Cam came out to complete maintenance on our HVAC system and was very thorough. He explained everything clearly and what our options were. We had him come back to complete the repairs. He took his time and made sure that everything was done correctly and the unit was working. I appreciate everything he has done to get the unit back into top working order. I was so impressed with Nathan from On Call Plumbing, Heating & Air. He explained why we were having a water leak problem so that even I could understand. And he offered a couple of solutions. Since he had the parts on his truck, he was able to completely rebuild the tank and the improvement was evident. The leak is fixed and we will save money on our water bill! We will know who we need to get it done right!

We had a clogged toilet at our office, the only toilet. We needed help fast. Nate Hemmer came to our rescue!! He was professional, on time, and fixed the issue quickly. The price was very reasonable, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no surprises.
