I woke up this morning to a plumbing emergency... waste water was backing up into our basement area. I called three other companies to see when they could be here. They were all sadly unavailable. I called Drain King and the nice lady said "we can squeeze you in today!" About an hour later, I get a call and she says "I have a guy that just finished a job right down the road from you. Can we come right now?" ABSOLUTELY! Michael showed up ready to solve the problem and boy did he do a good job! Prompt. Courteous. Well spoken. Good eye contact. Cleaned up the work area. Shared ideas how to resolve some issues long-term. Provided a senior citizen/military discount. All good. Based on this one interaction, I highly recommend the Drain King team!
The Drain King team is great. Our call was answered by Hailey who is on top of it when it came to taking care of us. Tyler was out at our house quickly and the problem was solved and all of the leaks were sealed fast. Great experience start to finish and we couldn’t be happier!
Drain King has been my go to for both home and my business. They are fast, honest, and work is done with integrity. They also work with lenders to finance bigger projects. My bathroom pipes were rusted out and caused damage to the floor as well as non stop water (almost a bathtub full of hot water every day). Drain King fixed the issue, installed a new tub/shower surround, and put me in contact with someone to transform the remainder of my bathroom. I will never call another plumber other than Drain King. They worked hard repiping our house and moving our water heater. It was a 3 day job in total and they had come into a complete mess.
