I called Transit and Flow around 1:30PM on a Sunday during a holiday weekend regarding a leak on the only toilet in my home and Robert was at my home by 5:30PM to make the fix. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Prior to arrival he called me on the phone to ensure he picked up the right parts for my unit. He even deducted the diagnostic fee from my invoice because I had managed to diagnose the issue myself before they came out.
