Wow, I am so happy we called them. Kevin was able to do a service call the same afternoon that I called. Unfortunately the water tank needed to be replaced, but he double checked if it was still under warranty for me (it was not), then he even managed to pick up a new tank and have it installed the same day - all with a friendly and professional manner. We will use them for our house and business going forward and we will recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you!!

Kevin is AMAZING. I called on Saturday afternoon and he came over within a few hours to help fix my cold plunge which was leaking. I had the replacement parts but lacked the confidence to fix it myself. Kevin knows what he is doing. Very efficient and organized. Same day service, toilet repair - no problems there. Overcharged for parts but what do you expect when requesting quick service. I guess that’s industry standard? Once the service was completed there was no response when I inquired about an invoice through email, phone or text and it took him over a month to send it. Once it was finally sent he required a 14 day turn around on the payment. Decent plumber; just an overall lack of communication and professionalism.
