I recently had a heat pump and furnace installed at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Brandon was outstanding from start to finish.He showed up right on time, walked me through the process, and took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the job, Brandon was professional and efficient. The installation was completed on schedule, the work area was left spotless, and everything has been running smoothly since.What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and care he put into making sure the system was set up properly for my home.
I am having a terrible experience with Sheehan Plumbing and Heating Ltd. Extremely poor work and service from the company and the owner Brandon that has caused significant damage and losses. Sheehan installed plumbing for a dishwasher, which included extending a drainage hose. The drainage hose and the extension were not properly connected together and that caused a leak. Sheehan returned to fix the issue and test it again. They confirmed that the issue was fixed, but then it leaked again. Sheehan and Brandon refuse to take any accountability or to compensate us in any way (there is significant remediation costs required to dry out the area, remove cabinetry and reinstall to avoid moisture or mould issues). Do not hire this company.
