Special shout out to Miles for his thorough assessment of my home and skilled craftsmanship resulting in a perfect installation, and to Erica for her prompt and competent customer care.
I had a tankless on-demand gas water heater put in, and since my previous water heater was electric and in a different location, (and the layout of my house infrastructure is challenging), it required some complicated work.
I was reluctant to pay for an in-home estimate at first, but it was well worth it, as Miles took time to evaluate the specifics of my home and worked with me to create quality proposals and the best and most cost-effective solutions for me.
The scheduling was a breeze, without waiting, return emails immediate, office staff kind and responsive.
And the work! Professional and exacting quality and attention to detail. I was so very pleased when they were here working…and even more so when I experienced the results, hot water forever, hooray!
A few days after the install when I perceived a problem, (it was not their fault), they promptly responded to my emergent request after hours, and Miles stayed with me until the responsible party was onsite for a good hand off. I was relieved and grateful for this white-glove customer care as well.
