I called early before they opened for business. Someone called promptly at 8am. They were at our house in less than 5 hours. Had to do a short follow-up after I got home from work. They used a camera and found some issues that hopefully the city will take care of.All in all we are satisfied with the service. Outstanding service as always. Found and fixed a pipe leak under the house and not only replaced the leaking cold water line but saw the hot water line was also corroded and replaced it too. Then went into the kitchen and replaced those two lines under the sink as they were in bad shape. All for the original quoted price. This company charges a smidge more than others but they outperform others and its always worth it. I can relax when I know Stutzman is on the job.
Jake and Dakota at Stutzman Services did a full house repipe in two days. I had a newer addition with a bathroom and they were able to have that bathroom fully functioning at night. They went through a cupboard to access some pipes for lower impact on the house. Drop cloths were employed and they did focus on cleanliness. These guys are master plumbers.
These guys are amazing. From the very start they were professional, nice, and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions without making me feel stupid and anticipated some needs before I did. Getting bids and working with insurance was easy. When it came time to do the work they were efficient and highly-skilled.
Just had Chris out to fix my washing machine water shut off valves. Repair ended up being larger then I thought but he was prepared and completed it perfectly. He was amazing, professional, and efficient. I was at work so corresponding with him and my adult children via the phone was a breeze. He was more than willing to talk to me on the phone and the kids said he was great and super clean. I'm a very happy customer and will now be using them for all my plumbing needs.
