We recently did a fairly extensive home renovation, and working through the plumbing puzzle with Jason from Right Way was fantastic! Seems like there’s no job too big or small, and no problem he couldn’t solve… and there were some good ones on this project. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through all the work done, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Really enjoyed working with Jason, so happy with the results, and highly recommend Right Way for any plumbing needs.
Just wanted to share a past experience when this company was in Airdrie. Back in 2022 we got a new furnace and A/C unit from Right Way. Furnace was first replaced to get ready for the new A/C unit.Where do I start - we have had nothing but issues with the A/C. The first summer we had the unit, we couldn't get out A/C below 25 degrees. He told us that was 'normal' for our temps experiencing outside. Our REAL HVAC company laughed and said they keep their house at 19 degrees year round. They had issues during the install (pipes froze up right away - should have been our red flag). Every summer since we have had to an HVAC company to repair the leaks. What else the the real HVAC company found:-New Furnace didn't have proper drain so the bottom our our brand new furnace is now rusted (fixed today for $350)-Didn't raise 6 inches off of ground (which is code - Again by our HVAC company) so furnace not getting proper air.A/C-the weld on the pipes outside looked like they were done by a 1st year welder-sold us a 5 Ton A/C unit when all we needed was a 4 ton unit-The holes in the side of the house weren't properly sealed so we have the new HVAC company repair that and hopefully we don't have black mold.-Whenever I emailed even after he moved, it was excuse after excuse.-wrong gauge wire from the panel to the disconnect box-both shrader valves leaking-No inspection done by City of AirdrieIf you need a plumber, sure. If you need an HVAC guy...do some research and get an HVAC guy not a plumber who thinks he is an HVAC guy.You may think I'm venting but when we have to replace our A/C 3 years after we got Right Way which was definitely the Wrong Way to do it and got a quote today to replace and fix ALL the issues...this was needed.Annoyed I had to give a 1 star for this review.
Quick response, professional and detailed. I ended up having a supply line leak as the pipe went through the floor in the wall. He was happy to walk me through what he was doing and why. He went through great effort to minimize the amount of access he needed in the walls. I hope I don't need a plumber on short notice again, but I'd call Right Way first if I do.
Jason is awesome. Super professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He was also amazingly patient and kind with my 2 year old son, who was asking him a thousand questions a minute lol. AND he was punctual. Had our hot water tank replaced in under three hours. 6/5 would recommend to anyone.
Completely amazed! I noticed our hot water tank was leaking late at night. I called them early the next morning. He dropped everything to come assess the situation. Within 15 minutes he was at my door and by noon the old hot water tank was emptied, removed, and replaced with a new one. Amazing service. Equally incredible attitude. Thank you so much.
