CUTLER BAY PLUMBING/TRENCHLESS PIPE-LINING/SEPTIC

Great experience. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Bernardo called to tell me he was running 10 minutes late, which was appreciated. He managed to diagnose the problem, communicate clearly and explain my options. I would highly recommend Cutler Bay Plumbing for your next plumbing repair. They are transparent and fair.

Jessie did an outstanding job installing my water heater. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. There were a few unexpected issues with the water heater I purchased, but Jessie was incredibly patient and gave me the time and guidance I needed to correct the problem without making me feel rushed or stressed. His workmanship was excellent, and he made sure everything was installed safely and properly before leaving. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about providing great service to his customers. I highly recommend Jessie to anyone needing plumbing services and would absolutely call him again in the future.

A trusted person referred me to Bernardo and he did not disappoint! He arrived as a team of two and early - both points were unexpected and very much appreciated. He and his son Joel gave amazing service- they were professional and warm, communicative and thorough. It was a big job and they fixed multiple significant problems for us, keeping me informed every step of the way. I will absolutely call them for all plumbing needs in the future.

AMAZING experience with this company and our plumber Bernardo! They answered the phone the first time I called, set up a time that worked for my schedule, and best of all, fixed all our plumbing issues! No one could figure out our sink issues before, but Bernardo figured it out and solved the problem completely! We had a nasty build up of grease and he worked hard to clear it all up!
