I had four different contractors come and Tom was, by far, the most thorough in his evaluation of my furnace's capacity and options for my basement. I had some questions about the layout of the ductwork and the owner, Jeremy, came by to take a look and talk through the project. The team that did the install was ontime, communicative, and professional - and very respectful of our interior space, wearing boots and laying down floor covering.
