3/29/2024 Peet Plumbing agreed to fix the problem. And he fixed it on a rainy day.=============================================Do NOT use this company.Unprofessional. Lack of basic plumbing knowledge.Peet Plumbing came to my house to replace an old pipe and an old shut-off valve and also installed a whole-house water filter.(1) Peet Plumbing installed the whole-house shut-off valve after the water-filter. I cannot shut off the water filter because of the water pressure inside the filter housing. The whole-house shut-off valve is useless in this case. I have to shut off the water from the street's underground valve. I can't believe a plumber does not have this basic knowledge.(2) Peet Plumbing installed the water pipe in this way that leaves the water filter has only 5/8" above the pipe under. I have to pull the water pipe up so that the filter housing can be removed and to replace water filter. I can't believe a plumber does not have this basic knowledge.
Peet was extremely responsive, professional, honest, and just a pleasant gentleman ! We have multiple positive interactions and experiences with him! He responds to emergencies and late night texts and comes over as soon as he can. He even serviced us one time without any charge. What a refreshing experience! You can always trust him to deliver honest good work
Peet arrived right on time. He gave me a great price. He moved some pipes and replaced a valve. His work was excellent. Price was more than reasonable. Good attitude and great character. Peet gets 5 stars in all areas! I would give him 6 stars if I could! Best part is: Now I know the right guy for all my plumbing needs!
We needed someone to fix a leak in our kitchen sink and Peet was the only one to be able come and fix it right away. After making sure everything worked he left and when we found an unrelated problem that we thought was the result of the service that day, he told us the actual problem and fixed it for us free of charge. After his services he cleans up nicely and he's very reliable!
I've worked with Peet several times now. It started with snaking my kitchen sink the day after moving into our new home and replacing the disposal, then replacing the pressure reducer valve, and most recently replacing an old broken toilet. Each time he's been professional, fair, and responsive/quick. His work is always excellent and he doesn't try to sell you something you don't need.
