I appreciated the quick response by both the office and the technician to respond to the issue at my property within a very shortly timeframe. I believe they made adjustments to be able to accommodate my need. When the technician arrived, he spent extra time in diagnosing potential issues and providing several different options for solutions. He was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Thanks Adela and Jimmy! You gave me not only quick and helpful service but also peace of mind.

Jimmy and Jamyn were awesome! Both were very professional and knowledgeable about their job and when I needed help they were able to make me a priority. We had a grease trap back up in our restaurant space and they went above and beyond to schedule me the same day I called, knowing how stressed I was for help! They made sure I was educated about how the trap works and how it backs up so easily with the amount of grease it produces and had me on a rotating schedule so I don’t have to worry about it. They both checked in and made sure I was having no issues and let me know I can contact them when I need them! Both are hard working and very friendly, I would recommend them every time!

Jimmy from rotor rooter was great from start to finish. He kept us informed every step of the way and was very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he was very easy to talk to and shared helpful information to prevent issues going further with our main sewer line. Very fair price and will be using again for future problems.
