Jimmy came out on a Saturday in subzero temps and did a really great job clearing the main line backup I was having. He explained everything and was very customer service oriented. Jimmy was great and reflects well on roto rooter.
Jimmy and Jamyn were awesome! Both were very professional and knowledgeable about their job and when I needed help they were able to make me a priority.We had a grease trap back up in our restaurant space and they went above and beyond to schedule me the same day I called, knowing how stressed I was for help! They made sure I was educated about how the trap works and how it backs up so easily with the amount of grease it produces and had me on a rotating schedule so I don’t have to worry about it. They both checked in and made sure I was having no issues and let me know I can contact them when I need them!Both are hard working and very friendly, I would recommend them every time!
