Ralph from TMI came to our place to fix our dryer. He arrived promptly to diagnose the issue. He was incredibly friendly, honest, & helpful throughout the process.While he acknowledged the possibility of needing a new dryer, he confidently assured us that it could be fixed with his expertise.He informed us that the part might take some time, but he assured us that TMI would do everything possible to get it in as soon as possible… which they did! They were able to schedule us in as soon as possible… & Ralph even arrived earlier than our appointment time.Despite the language barrier, he was able to help my parents out & explained everything to them. He even went out of his way to install the dryer vent, which we had struggled with ourselves. He provided us with valuable advice & promptly answered any questions we had.Ralph was great to work with! I highly recommend his services with TMI!

The tech did a great job of cleaning the main line and showing us the camera view of it afterwards. For a 100 year old house it is in good shape. We appreciated the techs hard work and diligence.The only problem we had was the receptionist telling me it would cost $219 to have someone come out. She did not explain that was not for any work that would be done. So we were quit surprised when the tech explained the total price would be $765. It is an acceptable price after seeing all that went in to getting the line cleared. So we understand the cost - just would have like for the receptionist to give us a heads up that there would likely be more charges.

Wesley took the best care of my parents furnace during the below zero weather in January. He was very knowledgeable about the hot water heater and replaced the needed parts. He stopped by again to check that it was working properly and showed my father what he needed to do to ensure the heater was set at the right temperature. My parents were very happy with his professional manner. I appreciate knowing that my elderly parents were treated well and taken care of by TMI!
